Shipping & Delivery General Shipping Info
For your convenience, we offer several shipping options: FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail,
and FedEx expedited options - 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Next Day (only available during business days).
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
If you would like your merchandise to be shipped the same day that you order, your items
must be purchased online before 2:00 PM CST (Monday-Friday). We do not ship anything out on
the weekends.
If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days,
because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Some products cannot be shipped
via expedited shipping due to federal regulations or size restrictions.
Oversized expedited orders may require additional shipping charges. A rep will contact you via
email and/or telephone regarding these charges.
The ownership of goods is transferred to the customer upon shipment by WolverinePlanet
(SportsWired) from WolverinePlanet (SportsWired)'s Gravette location.
How to Calculate Delivery Times
If your order is placed before 2 PM Monday-Friday, your order will ship the same day.
If your order is placed after 2 PM Monday-Friday or on a weekend, or Holiday your order will
ship the next Business Day.
For example:
If your order is placed on Monday before 2 PM and there are no Holidays for the rest of the week,
the following delivery times apply for each service:

*Guaranteed delivery time assumes recipient supplies a recognizable street address at the
time of the order. FedEx guarantees delivery times. SportsWired can only guarantee same
business day shipping if order is placed prior to 2 PM, or next business day shipping if order
is after 2PM.
What delivery service do you use?
We ship out orders through FedEx or USPS. However, some packages may
be delivered by an alternative carrier.
How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
We will ship most products for a flat rate of $5.95! This special rate only applies
to Ground shipping and merchandise shipped within the continental United States.
For certain large and/or heavy products, a special shipping rate may apply. A friendly
staff member of WolverinePlanet.com (SportsWired) will contact you regarding any additional charges.
If you wish to have an item shipped Next Day or 2nd Day, additional charges will apply. 3rd Day
is the standard price plus an additional charge of $7.00, 2nd Day is the standard price plus an
additional charge of $12.00, and Next Day is standard price plus an additional charge of $25.00.
What is the additional charge to ship merchandise to Alaska or Hawaii?
You will be charged for Ground shipping, plus an additional fee. A representative will be in
contact with you regarding this charge, which is based on the weight and the dimensions of the
package.
Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?
Yes, we ship internationally. You will be charged for Ground shipping, plus
an additional fee. There is no rush delivery to foreign countries. Please place your order
online and a friendly representative will contact you via email with shipping options and charges.
Customs and Import duties information
If your order is being delivered to a country other than the United States, your order may be
subject to import duties and taxes. These will be levied once your package reaches that country.
WolverinePlanet (SportsWired) does not collect duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your charges may be.
If you do incur additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear
customs. For more information about a particular country's customs policies, please contact the
local customs office.
Shipping Restrictions
Most products sold on this site can be shipped to all 50 states, as well as APO and
FPO addresses and Puerto Rico. However, there are a few restrictions:
- APO/FPO orders can be shipped via standard delivery only.
- Items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer can be shipped to the
contiguous 48 states via standard delivery only.
- Heavy or oversized products can be shipped to the contiguous 48 states only, which
will be indicated in the product description. They cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to APO/FPO military addresses. However, not all items can be shipped to
APO/FPO addresses. Further restrictions on item type, size and weight may exist in the
country in which the APO/FPO address is located. Some merchandise may not be deliverable
to these countries. Please contact your local post office to verify item type, size and
weight restrictions for the country in which your APO/FPO address is located.
Please be sure to enter APO and FPO addresses correctly. Please enter:
Armed Forces - Americas, Armed Forces - Europe or Armed Forces - Pacific.
If sending to Africa, choose Armed Forces - Europe.
You will be charged for Ground shipping, and you will be notified by a member of our
WolverinePlanet.com (SportsWired) customer service if additional charges apply.
Expedited shipping for military addresses is not available.
Oversized Items
Some heavy or oddly shaped items must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company.
Because such items are larger and heavier, they can only be sent via ground freight;
therefore, we cannot offer expedited shipping.
When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential
damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well
as the contents of the package. If damage did occur follow these steps:
Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date
it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records.
Contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately by calling (479) 344-6038. Please have
your order number available when you call.
Returns / Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your WolverinePlanet.com (SportsWired) purchase or gift for any
reason, please follow the directions on the Return Form
located on the back of the invoice that
came with your package. Shipping and Handling charges are not subject for refund. Upon return,
your merchandise will be inspected. Some items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Merchandise must be in new condition, and apparel must have all tags attached and must not be worn.
Items such as bathing suits and under garments cannot be returned.
Please follow these steps in making an exchange or return:
1) Simply enclose the completed return form and merchandise in the same box and packaging.
2) Send the box back to us via FedEx Ground so we can track the merchandise. These shipping
and handling charges are not subject to refund.

If you are requesting Merchandise Credit, a friendly representative will email you with a
credit coupon, along with instructions in using it online.
If you are requesting a Refund, you will be issued a credit for the product amount. Please
allow 10-14 business days for the refund.
If you need an exchange immediately, we recommend you reorder the exchange online and
return the unwanted merchandise for a refund. Exchanges are subject to a $5.95 shipping charge.
